Molded MDR Extension Cables

ACS provides standard connection solutions for all industrial network applications. Our custom molded MDR extension cables allow for easy hook up between DC power rollers that require extra cable length. We manufacture industry standard MDR (Motor Driven Roller) extension cables to meet your specific application power and communication requirements.

ACS’ molded extension cables provide easy installation, maintenance, and reliability of data and power transmission even in the harshest industry environments. Our MDR cables are made using 9- and 10-pin connectors and are available in any configuration. Our standard lengths are 600 mm (23.62”) and 1200 mm (47.24”) but we can customize any length required. ACS uses a flexible and abrasion resistant cable to easily navigate the path from each connection point.
